My comment: I could not figure out what Ci might say in Chinese about "big-picture," as well as "long-term importance." Firstly I googled the (English) quotation and found nothing. I then check the original text, in Chinese first and having failed that, in English also. In the last, I found it, and confirmed the quotation is official translation of Xi's statement that did not appear in Chinese.
