Founded in 1951, The Nature Conservancy is based at Arlington, Virginia. The VOA report uses TNC; this is the first time I see it and I doubt its use.
(c) The VOA report quotes 张爽 as saying, “我认为三峡(集团)作为参与环境保护的企业是一个非常好的企业，按照现在的标准来说。每年他们在淡水保护区鱼类方面，这是我们比较关心的事情，固定拿出一个多亿的资金，这是一个固定的项目。很少有人知道这个事，我知道之后自己也很惊讶，因为一般来讲这不是一个企业要做的事情."

My comment: The report says 胡佳预定在本月26日刑满出狱, that his wife, opon arrival in a flight from Shenzhen to Beijing Sunday (June 19) was met  by police, and that she went to see Mr Hu the next day, Monday. I really do not know what the report tries to convey, from scraps of information here and there--perhaps due to uncertainty of the situation.
