My comment: The last two paragraph of this Washington Post report (that US

My comment: "And it was his [Xie Zhenhua's] finger-pointing outburst at
President Obama behind closed doors at Copenhagen that arguably did more
than any other single recent event to turn Western opinion away from
engaging China to fearing it."
