My comment:
(a) In (1): "Counting all the development costs." This means that the manufacturing costs of each type of stealth fighters are cheaper than those listed above.
(b) Imagine a third nation were offered either J-10 or F-35 (not to mention
F-22), would that nation buy J-10. I doubt it. The former (J-10A, as well as
the export model FC-1 枭龙) is the fourth-generation fighter, whereas the
latter, fifth-generation.
(The FC in FC-1 stands for Fighter China.)
