(a) This report sounds as if it was written in English first. Besides, there
is a correspondent in BBC named Peter Day. However, I simply can not find
an English original, if any. Still the Chinese report is very good.*

* I find it at long last. Damn, it is not 柿子 persimmon but "tomato" in the

(a) In the upper left corner of the web page: "Think Forward is a blog
written by staff of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy."
(b) I found this blog when searching for the BBC English report in (1).
(c) I could not believe my eyes upon seeing the photo of this blog. It is
real, though, when I compare it with the one in China Daily. The latter
shows the bazooka was home-made, out of bamboo.
(d) bazooka (n; bazooka (a crude musical instrument made of pipes and a
funnel)
