(iv) I am fluent in both Cantonese and Hoklo (河洛(話)/福佬(話), also known as Minnan 閩南(話)) but unfamiliar with Teochew dialect. The spellings above in (b) are close to both Cantonese and Hoklo.

About the second and last sentence. Well, many Taiwanese have said the same about their language, the Hoklo. And We Cantonese, too--about Cantonese.
