My comment:
(a) Taiwan's summer is hot and humid. My family lived in a red brick house. In summer around sunset, the brick was so hot that when my father hosed it with water to make it dissipate heat quicker, the water sizzled.

("We cut openings into the outer walls for a set of extra doors, for better ventilation and circulation. The biggest concern for this kind of project is insulation. Sardinia has a typical mediterranean climate. during the year there are approximately 300 days of sunshine, the average temperature is between 11 to 17 °C (52 to 63 °F), but in summer the extreme temperature fluctuations and lack of water make it a 'desert environment'")
(c) Otherwise, the container homes in Shanghai are similar to a trailer park in US.
