(a) There is no need to read the rest of the report.
(b) The text states, "Bangladesh in a matter of years has become the world's third-largest exporter of clothing, after China and Italy. Garment exports came to $20 billion last year, 80% of Bangladesh's total exports, and up a quarter from 2010."
