Shaken, Not Secured. Strategy Page, June 9, 2013

My comment:
(a) I alway s believe there is no need for Taiwan to develop its own nuclear weapons. Every now and then, some Taiwanese jokingly broach development of nuclear bombs. Two decades ago, I said Taiwan did not have a vehicle to deliver a bomb. Now Taiwan is reported to have its own (officially undisclosed) ballistic missiles, my conviction remains unchaged.
(b) But the Strategy Page article does not discuss a cruise missile carrying a nuclear warhead. Consult
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cruise_missile
(section 4.1 Nuclear warhead versions: US Russia, France and Israel [but not China])
