My comment:
(a) The summary of the Chinese version in cn.nytimes.com is as follows. “据出版商消息，希拉里新书《艰难抉择》因内容敏感，中英文版本都将无缘中国。虽然评论人称这本书内容空洞，但其关于中国的部分却远非套话，其中包括陈光诚赴美的诸多细节。”

The second sentence of the quotation does not appear in either Chinese or English version of the report.
(b) The truth is I can not find the English version in print---at least not in the edition that is sold in New England.
