Note:
(a) Electronic times has both Korean and English editions. The following is the only information I can find about the news media, so I do not know if it is online only.
(b) The report does not spell out any of acronyms it uses. So I can only supply the educated guess about what they mean.
(i) "According to semiconductor IP and EDA industries on the 10th [of February], Apple has entrusted TSMC with all production of next 10-nano AP called 'A10.' "

That is Samsung’s System LSI division, where LSI stands for "large-scale integration."

(d) "Samsung Electronics, which was grinding its teeth at the fact that it had lost its battle against TSMC [for A8], had taken back half of Apple’s supplies by quickly establishing mass-production system of 14-nano process [A9]."

This is written by a non-native-speaker of English. In English and particularly in medical English, grinding one's teeth is a disease called bruxism (with Greek root). The correct use should be "to grit one's teeth." See grit one's teeth:
