(a) In the graphic, the upper part shows a passport opens with the spine in the midline. The left page is topped with 注意事項.
(b) Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs for half a day insisted that the photo was that of Terminal One of Taoyuan Airport: "百分之百是桃園機場."
(c) Of course I do not know what Taoyuan Airport looks like. I learned of this news half a day ago, but could not find a photo of Terminal One.

There are two more airports near the capital: Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The latter mostly serves domestic flights, with a few international flights with US customs pre-clearance: from the Bahamas, Bermuda and Canada.
