(a) The report mentions Taiwan three times.
(b) Wall Street Journal today also has a report on this, saying six (6)
Taiwanese URLs were used in that cyber
particular attack.

China just announced (i) its foreign reserve at the end of 2009 was $2.4
trillion and (ii) the reserve increased
by 23% in 2009.
