(c) The article is not fair when stating, "Mr. Hugh’s demographic thesis is
not airtight: in fact, it was Italy, not Greece, that attracted his early
attacks."  However, it is only disclosed this year that Greece cooked the
book for years, downplaying its budget deficits.
