My comment:
(a) The last paragraph is impressive. I thought Speaker Wang Jin-pyng would not, dared not challenge Pres. Ma Ying-jeou for KMT nomination to president. After all, Ma has a stranglehold of KMT  political machine, now that he (Ma) regained KMT chairmanship more than a year ago. On the other hand, the speaker is 69 years old (born 1941). If Wang does not do it now, the time and tide may pass him by.

(a) Ukraine's capability is doubtful, which in Soviet era completed merely a single functional aircraft carrier, Admiral Kuznetsov.

This is the kind of fighter jet that China tries to copy, for its aircraft carrier(s).
