Unlike China which jealously guards Yellow Sea as well as East and South China Seas, Taiwan does not care, as long as Chiese fleets keep out the territorial waters. (But Chinese fishermen often encroach upon territorial waters around outlying islands, from Matsu, Kinmen/Quemoy to Itu Aba Island/Taiping Island 太平島 and Dongsha Marine National Park
