看到这些在美国留学的整天在网上啰嗦也还真有点烦

上次见到王丹，他说他也有时候去mitbbs之类的地方看看那帮人怎么骂他，但看来看去没啥新花样。还有那些去游行示威的抗议什么cnn的。老王说这要吓唬这些人，也简单，来个CIA的，穿上制服，到示威队伍前面，什么不用说，拿起相机照两张像，那些孙子们不吓尿裤子了才怪。CIA不用做什么评价，这些照片往移民材料里一塞，回头移民官给你走绿卡手续的时候自然能看到，那你就祈祷上帝保佑他不会觉得这有什么就好了。

现在王丹这样的的确也是够仁慈的，骂他的人那么多，他自己也有CIA那边的朋友，还让他帮着找找线索。要是换成支那猪，能有这机会，那还不得全给他举报了。

(2) CIA cannot operate within US, under federal law.

(3) New York State has state law that prohibits any demonstrators from covering their faces. It is well known that cops in New York City take photographs and/or videotapes frequently, so do protesters who need protection against trumped-up charges by police.

According to New York Times:
(1) Prosecutors of New York City subpoenaed evidences from protestors who took photographs or videos.
(2) It is a two-way street, and prosecutors are forced (by court) to turn over photos or videos to defendants, which turned out to prove accounts of defendants.

The bottom line is photos and/or videos are two-edged swords.
