My comment:
(a) The Chinese report is NOT translated from the English one. The second half of the Chinese report is about 高层公墓, whereas the English one deals with only the living.
(b) Back in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, I had underneath my bed decaying skeletons. My father gave them to me, after he had collected them from, he alleged, several opened graves when government was building a new highway and digging through graves nobody claimed.
