(a) The title above is not from Voice of America, but from Reuters, which published the report, with two updates (the VOA text is that of the second update).
(b) 中国精密机械进出口公司  China Precision Machinery Import and Export Corp (CPMIEC)
(c) On Sept 29 Turkey president Abdullah Gül said the selection was not final.
