Note:
(a) "微信上近日转发的一个视频显示一名男子疑似受伤，手捂右腹部，有些不稳地站在街头，被一黑衣男子跑过去飞脚踹倒在地，并受到几名警察用棍状物殴打，后又有一警察踩头。"

I do not know what 微信 is, and can not find a video clip connected with "微信." But I do find a short video clip that fills the bill.

This video clip is obvuiously part of the encounter with the police -- I see no shooting; there was more before and after the recording of the clip. See next.
