My comment: In the report, two ships (out of six that allegedly violated UN sanctions):
(a) Glory Hope 1, which cn.wsj.com does not translate -- for a good reason.  A couple of photos of this ship (in a commercial website based in China) show the ship name is English only. The ship took on a load of North Korean coal on Aug 7, 2017 at Songnim 松林 [市; on the delta of Taedong River 大同江; at 7 o'clock direction 20 miles from Pyongyang] to unload the coal in Cam Pha 锦普 [市; 2 o'clock direction 30 miles from Haiphong 海防].
(b) Kai Xiang [ship hulk with English name only] on Aug 31, 2017 picked up coal at Nampo 平安南道 南浦特別市 [not a capital] and shipped it to Cam Pha.
