(a) News media in Taiwan calls the meeting "unprecedented" between US Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Taiwan's Health and Welfare Minister Chen Shih-chung 陳時中.
(b) It is 3 pm EDT, Thursday, Aug 30. As of now, there is no news report about this from Western media or Japan, nor is press release in the website of HHS. The only I can find is a tweet from the secretary.

(b) The previous and other meeting between the two was at World Health Assembly May 21-26, 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland, where the secretary participated from May 22 to 24 (inclusive).
