My comment:
(1) Shin Yong Robson 容 新

(a) Faculty, Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, Benoit College.

(b) Robert André LaFleur, China: a global studies handbook. ABC-CLIO, Inc. (Santa Barbara, Calif.) (2003), at 297-298.
http://books.google.com/books?id=RKwqnbWf3u0C&pg=PT316&lpg=PT316&dq=%22Shin+Yong+Robson%22&source=bl&ots=10npPqWU7m&sig=uGYdTtW_UXPde7otXViRTIAGRYQ&hl=en&ei=ghyFTLSYL8T7lwe5lu0O&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=9&ved=0CDQQ6AEwCA#v=onepage&q=%22Shin%20Yong%20Robson%22&f=false
("Shin Yong Robson, a native of Beijing, received her Ph.D. in Chinese linguistics from University of Wisconsin at Madison. She is adjunct associate professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Benoit College.")

(2) I can not figure out why her family name 容 is spelled "Yong," whereas 容 祖儿's is Rong in pinyin (because the latter was born and grew up in Hong Kong, her last name, in Cantonese spelling, is actually Yung). See
Joey Yung

(Joey Yung Cho-Yee; pinyin: Rong zuer; born in 1980;  a cantopop singer)
