If a land is not a sovereign nation, it has no say. This is interntational law. This may say something about Taiwan, and especially about Senkaku islands. Taiwan was not a nation in 1895 when Japan annexed Senkaku islands that year. In other words, if China has no claim about said islands, it is impossible Taiwan may have under internationla law.
