Don't be too harsh on India.

Just two months ago, Japan disclosed a rough SKETCH for its six-generation fighter. Naturally a magazine says we should not take the sketch too seriously. See

And everybody knows: Japan may be technologically up to the job, but due to limited market (it can not export), anything (armament, that is) it makes is
uber expensive.
