My comment: I do not know what it means. US citizenship by birth is in the Fourteenth Amendment to US constitution (sente4nce 1: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside"). I simply see no way US can denaturalize its citizen.
