My comment:
(a) The date "2011年 7月 15日" is obviously wrong: I did not see it before and the date in the URL "20110812" is correct.
(b) One need not see the video clips (I did not). Bu5t the subtitle "中国是否在遏制美国的亚洲影响力？" is new to me. Whether it relfects new fear or a pretext by Americans, it is unclear.
