My comment:
(a) The report quoted the ex-commander as saying US identified all ICBM silos of China's. What about those portable missiles, such as those on trains?
(b) This is a terrific report, reflecting at least one navy man's view--from Japan, no less. Still I do not understand how occupying Senkaku islands will help China achieve its goal of keeping South China Sea a safe haven for China.
