[</blockquote>其一、这个调查的无效度可能非常大。装机主要量是在校园，而不是社会。校园效果好和社会效果好之间并无必然联系。至于网上论坛的调查，如果以为这种调查能说明问题的话，这个人连基本的社会调研方法都没学过。

[</blockquote>其三、一款软件如果不能随意卸载，那叫什么？瑞星卡卡和360安全卫士好像对付的就是这个。堂堂政府背书的软件涉嫌流氓软件，岂非滑天下之大稽？
[<blockquote>另外，也有网友担心，安装了这款软件是否会带来安全漏洞。对此，张晨民认为，几乎任何一款软件都有漏洞问题，“绿坝—花季护航”在这方面做得相对较好，而且通过了相关部门的综合测试。

这究竟是人民网和新浪网的编辑语文水平出了问题，还是官媒和自觉与官媒保持一致的编辑们闭着眼睛掩起耳朵来欺骗网民？

错得离谱得不是一点点。政府和公民，后者无需反对理由，前者需要足够的做的理由。
政府，不加约束就是邪恶的，绝对权力导致绝对腐败。

[<div class="cmt-text">我到觉得没什么好评论的，强制安装，来吧，我看怎么装到我的电脑上，不可能吧。。。正版附加安装，中国又有多少正版呢？更何况，这样做，会不会是政府自己犯了反垄断法呢？
从正面来说，
对于有孩子的，少说有个40岁，装个政府提供的绿坝，防止小孩看黄片也未必不可，不过关键问题在于40岁的人，有多少人会安装这软件呢，，很少，，
这钱，从经济角度来说，花的不值，4000万能受惠多少人？
有人在上文提到：建议政府能给每一个国人脑子里装上一个和谐芯片，省得一天到晚要想尽办法和谐人的思想。
