My comment: It is very odd. The report, by Huanqiu thirteen (13) hours) ago, is not longer in its website. Not only that, it is not in the website of 光明网 which republished it under URL mil.gmw.cn/2014-08/01/content_12293267.htm--though Google caches the latte, but not the former.
