My comment:
(a) It (quotation) may be true: it is unlikely that in this late game, President Obama may appoint these memoir writers to plum positions--whereas Hillary can. But in my view, more important is a cabinet member does not have much power, which in modern times lies in White House aides.
(b) Read only the first several paragraphs, to get a taste of it.
