(b) Ms 洪秀柱 has been a legislator 立法委員 since 1990. In those times, she was elected from 永和 (then in Taipei County and now in the renamed New Taipei City) in 1990, 1993, 2002 and 2006, whereas in other times she was voted in as at-large legislator 不分區 立法委員. In other words, 永和 (located just outside City of Taipei) was her constituency.
