(Confusingly, US intelligence designates TSLC the 'Wuzhai Missile and Space Test Centre,' despite the fact that the town of Wuzhai 山西省忻州市五寨县 is located a considerable distance from the Taiyuan space launch facility
(c) As far as I can tell, Mr Gertz's report is the only report on this topic. Pentagon does not seem to release the information formally.
