Sorry, yesterday I was at Brookline Public Library, whose Internet access was disconnected from ~2:30 to 9 pm when it closed. Librarians said it would be restored by 5:30 pm. I was standing by the whole time.

BBC incorrectly translates "privileged information" (see (2) ) into "保密信息."

My comment: The quotation is the only new information  (other than extensive quoting the press release). There is no need to read the rest of this report.
n Singapore, and that of his wife, are therefore undesirable.  Both will be permanently banned from re-entering Singapore.
