(a) "郭文贵︰我没有主动通知美国部门，因为他（ [中国国家安全部纪委书记] 刘彦平）说好的就回来嘛，我没有诧异。他是说好从华盛顿回来 [Guo lives in a hotel in New York City] 就见我。那么在这个之间，他被FBI 给那个逮著，在车站给撕掉签证，我也不知道。"

"在车 站给撕掉签证" (Most likely "销毁" -- see (d). )

Wall Street Journal two days ago reported that FBI agents confronted the Chinese delegation at Pennsylvania Station in New York City. But that report did not say 撕掉签证.
(b) "郭文贵︰这个讲的，我知道的部分，我知道都是正确的。
郭文贵说，在《华尔街日报》出街前，涉及华盛顿及白宫的部分，外界所知不多。"

"我知道的部分，我知道都是正确的。"

However, Mr Guo does not go into the details, specifying exactly what he knows is correct.
(c) "郭文贵说，刘彦平由华盛顿返回纽约后，表示要与他第二次见面 [on May 26, 2017]。 * * * 而他 [郭] 事前 [before that May 26 meeting with Liu] 并不知道，美国有关部门已经有所行动 [at Penn Station (NYC)]。
郭文贵︰我没有主动通知美国部门，因为他（刘彦平）May 24] 说好的就回来嘛，我没有诧异。他是说好从华盛顿回来就见我。那么在这个之间，他被FBI 给那个逮著，在车站给撕掉签证，我也不知道。"

(d) "郭文贵说︰我在26号见他（刘彦平）的前一个小时，我跟FBI上午在开会。我跟FBI说，我要去吃午饭，我要见刘彦平先生。他们很惊讶，唉，他怎么，为什么他们还要见你呢？我说为什么他们不能见我呢？那他们就出去开会了，跟领导报告以后回来说，他们说，郭先生我们告诉你，两天前我们已经把他（刘彦平）的签证销毁了，他是不合法的来见你。"
(i) "我要去吃午饭，我要见刘彦平先生"

The WSJ report hinted that the Guos (Mr and Mrs Guo) entertained the Chinese delegation (Liu included) at home (hotel), because it was reported that Mrs Guo cooked dumplings (it is unlikely that she cooked and brought the treat elsewhere).
(ii) "郭先生我们告诉你."  This is how Mr Guo learned of 签证销毁: from FBI agents directly, not from the WSJ report.

(e) "郭文贵说︰唉，我说，我不知道 [车站] 这事呀。他们（FBI）说，你现在可以不见他，或者说你现在报案，我们就可以抓他。我（对FBI）说，我不报案，我也不想抓他。我一定要见他。我答应好请他吃午饭，所以我就回来跟他吃午饭了，是这个过程我没有诧异，他（刘彦平）回来我是知道的。"

Come on. In Taiwan, we have 告訴乃論 in certain criminal statutes. There is no such things in US (both state and federal statutes). This view is backed by the WSJ report, where Department of Justice wanted (in vain) to arrest the Chinese delegation at the JFK airport.
(f) "郭文贵则说，自孙立军（公安部副部长）之后，他再没有跟中国官方官员有任何沟通。"

The quotation is contradictory to what he says in this report. To reconcile, I imagine Mr Guo here means he has not contacted with Chinese officials who are WITHIN China.
