Well, you assert China is the best. So be it.
(1) Even if China is capable of makeing a perfect copy of Su-33 (which I doubt), it is no good.

David Axe, The Limits of China’s Fighter. The Diplomat, July 15, 2011 (blog).
http://the-diplomat.com/flashpoints-blog/2011/07/15/the-limits-of-chinas-fighter/
("It’s clearer than ever that the J-15 will inherit most of the Su-33’s limitations, particularly with regard to payload and range")

Note:
(a) Mikoyan MiG-29
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikoyan_Mig-29
(Introduced August 1983; Status Active service; Empty weight: 11,000 kg; secttion 4 Variants: Mig-29K)

Click Mig-29K and a new web page of that title shows "Produced 2005–present; Number built  21."
(b) Sukhoi Su-33
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi_Su-33
(Introduction 1998 (official); Status  Operational; Number built 24 (approx.); Developed from Sukhoi Su-27; Empty weight: 18,400 kg)

Quote: "In terms of range and payload, the aircraft is superior to its rival Mikoyan counterpart, the MiG-29K, however the MiG-29 is a multirole platform with more advanced avionics, making it capable of a wider range of missions. In 2009, the Russian Navy ordered the MiG-29K as a replacement for the Su-33.

(2) Shenyang J-15
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shenyang_J-15
(Introduced  2016 anticipated; Status  Under development)

Quote:

"An unfinished Su-33 prototype, the T-10K-3, was acquired from Ukraine sometime in 2001 and is said to have been studied extensively, with development on the J-15 beginning immediately afterward.

"The first J-15 prototype is believed to have performed its maiden flight on August 31, 2009, powered by Russian-supplied AL-31 turbofan engines. Video and still images of the flight were released in July 2010, showing the same basic airframe design as the Su-33. In July 2011, it was reported FWS-10H turbofan engine was chosen for J-15 fighter, which has takeoff thrust increased to 12,800kg, comparing FWS-10 turbofan's 12,500kg.

Note: FWS-10 is closely related, if not similar, to WS-10. (Nobody outside China knows what 'F" stands for. Both are codenamed 太行.)

("In early March 2009, One Chinese PLA Air Force Pilot sucessfully made a forced landing of one J-10 fighter due to the air shut-down of AL-31F engine")

Shenyang WS-10

* In other words, EVEN IF FWS-10 is as good as AL-31F, it (FWS-10) is still not good enough.

("An engine China made for its Su-27 knock-off would routinely conk out after 30 hours whereas the Russian engines would need refurbishing after 400, Russian and Chinese experts said. 'Engine systems are the heart disease of our whole military industry,' a Chinese defense publication quoted Wang Tianmin, a military engine designer, as saying in its March issue. 'From aircraft production to shipbuilding and the armored vehicles industry, there are no exceptions.')

(i) conk (vi; probably imitative; First Known Use: 1918):
