My comment:
(a) Please only read the first three paragraphs AND paragraph 8 which
mentions China fleetingly.
(b) The print but not the online edition had a figure comparing annual
change of US and Canada housing price for the past decade, which shows US
market popped two years ago, while Canadian market moved down around the
same time but has roared back.
