In the faculty page of the department, this is the order of the name. But click it and reach Prof. Tan's page and the order of the name switches to "Qingshan Forrest Tan."

(3) The VOA report further quotes 张麟征教授 of Taiwan as saying, "因此人们可能认为，福建沿海的数千枚飞弹都是针对台湾的." If it is NOT the case, whom are those missiles against?  US?  Then it is the same (as those against Taiwan), from Americans' point of view.
