中国华为试图渗透美国市场. VOA Chinese, July 9, 2010.

My comment:
(1) "渗透" in the title is kind of jarring.
(2) The report cites
(a) Paul Taylor and Stephanie Kirchgaessner, Huawei in drive to land big US
deal. Financial Times (FT), July 8, 2010.
http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/ab71d820-8aba-11df-8e17-00144feab49a.html
("If approved, it would be the first time Huawei, founded by Ren Zhengfei, a
former officer in the People’s Liberation Army, has sold equipment to a
large US telecommunications operator, though it has made sales to smaller US
operators")
Sing-up is required to read the report. If you are interested in
international relations (namely US suspicions of China's enterprises), then
you've got to read it. If you are merely interested in hardware, the VOA
report has translated enough of the Huawei portion of the FT report and you
need not read the FT report.
* Regarding Cosco's complaint of exclusion from operating civilian ports in
US (as touched upon by FT), I think Cosco is incredibly naive. UAE was an
ally of US; still Congress would not allow it to buy or operate ports,
despite blessings of the (George W.) Bush administration.
(b) Sui-Lee Wee and Melanie Lee, China's Huawei bids for Sprint equipment
deal: report. Reuters, July 8, 2010.
