图塔耶夫区 district (population 58,500) includes 图塔耶夫市 (pop 42,000; both in 2006).

Two museums have a brach here: Yaroslavl Arts Gallery "House on Novinskaya" AND Yaroslavl Historical and Architectural Museum Preserve.
