My comment: The author's definition of Wall Street ("The country's largest investment banks, commercial banks and a few big insurance companies (what we generally refer to as Wall Street)") may be overbroad, is basically the financial sector. My definition of Wall Street is investment banks on or near Wall Street; I will not call hedge funds investment banking or wall Street.
