Rosarie R Radomsky, Shayne, Michael Sirlag. New York Times, Feb 19, 2012 (wedding announcement).
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/02/1 ... irlag-weddings.html
("She added that she, like her father, was an only child and that now she could carry on the Adler name")

Note:
(a) The surname Adler--adler is German for "eagle"--is widespread throughout central and eastern Europe.
(b) The Irish surname Shayne is variant spelling of Shane.
(c) Shane was shortened from McShane, the latter being an Anglicized form of Gaelic Mac Seáin ‘son of John.’

* The male given name Sean is Irish form of John.
(d) I can not find the origin or meaning of the surname Sirlag.
