My comment:
(1) Governor Jon Huntsman Jr.--Jon is short form of "Jonathan"--is the son
of billionaire businessman and philanthropist Jon Huntsman of Huntsman
Corporation, a large chemical company founded in 1982 with annual revenue $
11.5b.
(2) He was elected as Utah governor first in November, 2004 and wa re-
elected last November.
(3) The first lady of Utah is Mary Kaye. Wikipedia, which was updated for
the ambassadorship when I read it just now, indicates, "Together they have
seven children: [five biological children]. Gracie Mei (b. 2000), who is
adopted from China, and another baby girl from India, Asha Bharati (b. 2006)
."

As Most Ame4ricans, they let known their tie to Taiwan.
