Dwindling Farmland in China

Two days ago, a guy wrote in Mitbbs.com that China should improve
infrastructure before the advent of democracy, because much can be done in a
dictatorship. (The author pointed out the fact the West has for decades
built little infrastructure, thanks to democracy.) I replied that there is
too much waste in China. That series, having been promoted to Top Ten in the
home page, was quickly deleted from the entire bbs.

I will add this.
