My comment: This report says nothing new. But its parqagraph states, "美国《
华盛顿时报》对习近平和彭丽媛是这样描述的：'她长着一头浓发，是一位富有魅力的
歌唱家，中国人民解放军少将；他是一个拘谨的领导人，这是多数中国领导人塑造的毫
不出奇的公众形像。'

Occasionally reporters in VOA Chinese are careless. I read Washington Post
reports about China, and can not recall anything like this. The Post also
hosts wire reports, including this particular one; that is where the
confusion comes from.
