(a) Of course, the report is not published in print--because I read it (hard copy) every day and have not seen it.
(b) Here it is, ONLINE publication (the title is one online).

It is 2:25 pm, Aug 3, 2015 and Google times the VOA report "2 hours ago."  (Google also indicates the online publication of the English-language report shortly before that ("2 hours ago"), that is).
