(ii) Many corporations, including universities, registered (the legal term is: "are incorporated as") different from the names we are familiar with. For example, Harvard University is "President and Fellows of Harvard College," and Tufts University "Trustees of Tufts College." These are the legal names. Similarly, doing business as Xfinity, Comcast Cable is the legal entity that can sue and be sued.
