My comment:
(a) I have not owned a comnputer, let alone Dell's.
(b) The report mentions Dell's discussion with SEC, which incidentally
somehow involves Intel. "Somehow"--because neither parties (Dell, Intel) nor
SEC has discussed about it.
(c) Yes, I occasionally read complaints about Dell computers or its repair
service, by Chinese. But they (complaints) did nto register with me.
