Note: The report states, "Blending 'is a sound solution to reducing greenhouse gas and pollutants emissions from coal-fired power plants,' said Howard Au, the director and chairman of Petrocom Energy Ltd., which owns the blending facility here."

CBF stands for Coal Blending Facilities.

For coal blending silo, I can not find this Chinese company in the Web. And after reading it, I still do not know how it works. Just blending and that is it?
