(a) Read only the first several sentences, and that is enough. It seems a hype to me that Americans are excited about creaing FOUR jobs.

(ii) The "hausen" is German intransitive verb that means "reside, live."
The German noun "haus" is "house" in English.

My comment:
(a) I can not understand why the author is excited about Flextronics, which intrigued me as an erstwhile (but now fading fast) rival of Foxconn, is not an American company at all.
